Allison Rose-Mannall

As a mother of three incredible children with disabilities and someone who has fought and tripped through my own journey with disabilities, I understand the challenges and wins that come with raising children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

My mission is to provide heartfelt support, practical guidance, and unwavering encouragement to other mums on this journey. Through my experiences and mess ups, because lets face it, we’re not perfect and our lives can be up and down on a dially basis, I will share with you tips, tools and a whole lot of love.

My aim is to help SEND mums find strength, acceptance, understanding, and those joys that seem so rare in our daily lives, helping you with the tools you need to help create a loving and harmonious environment where both you and your children can have hope, that no matter what life, the education system and medical specialists throw at you, you will get through it, I promise.

why?

My Reasons

H.O.P.E - Helping Overcome Pressures Empathetically

Unknowingly the team has been helping Mums for 30 years, from experiences and an obsession with research, Allison was able to use the information that she had gained to help other Mums in children's schools who were struggling.  Allison said

"I soon realised that my need to know every detail of my child's conditions, to better help them, was also helping other families.  I didn't realise that I was coaching until I was talking with a coach on Facebook who said my story was inspirational and that by sharing my story on social media I could also help Mums I had never met through a coaching business.

And so I went on to become an accredited coach with the aim of bringing HOPE to as many parents as possible."

I’ve worked hard, invested in myself to be able to give you the best help and support, from someone who doesn’t just have qualifications, but has lived your life, and fought through it.

I care and always wear my heart on my sleeve, and for a long time I was told this was a weakness, turns out it's my biggest strength.

And so, I use that strength to help you and your family.

My son is an amazing hair stylist, recently on Netflix Red Carpet after styling the stars wife's hair, he is AuDHD and medicated - he finds going to the gym helps him and using his love of design to do wedding & prom hair. My youngest daughter is Autistic, she shut herself away as a child and has auditory processing disorder, so she games and works from home designing clothing around her favourite tv shows, LGBTQ and Disabilities.

From a young age I would run away from home where I felt I wasn't loved or wanted due to being a 'sick' child. I didn't fit in at school, was bullied and talked too much. I just wanted people to like me and as I aged I just wanted to marry the next guy who said he loved me, as all I wanted was to be loved. I looked happy but inside I worried constantly about what people thought of me, so I never stayed put for more than a few months until I married at 19 and had my first child. I divorced at 21. I went on to have three children, put on weight due to illness and medication - I hit my very lowest and knew I needed to

change this.

I'm a neurodivergent parent, advocate, and connector of people. I bring lived experience, cultural depth, and a practical, empathetic mindset to everything I do.

I’m of Polynesian ancestry and was adopted at birth, so identity, belonging, and resilience have always been central to my journey. I’ve worked through the mental health challenges that can come with adoption, neurodivergence, and trauma — and that’s given me the insight to support others with authenticity and compassion.

As a parent of an ADHD child and someone currently on my own Right to Choose pathway for ADHD, I understand how complex and overwhelming the system can feel. That’s why I use my experience to help families navigate it — calmly, clearly, and without judgment.

My background includes:
• Trauma-informed swimming instruction for children and adults with additional needs
• Specialist SEND transport and safeguarding
• Supporting parents through emotionally intense, often isolating situations

I instinctively pick up on what’s not being said. Whether in the pool, in a meeting, or simply sitting beside someone who feels stuck, I aim to create a sense of safety, clarity, and forward motion.

I don’t have all the answers — but I do know how to walk alongside people until they find their own. That’s where real change begins.

I'm a dedicated wellbeing practitioner with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. I built a career grounded in people development, resilience and creating supportive spaces. In 2017, I followed my passion for health and movement, becoming a qualified fitness instructor. I went on to certify as a Rockbox instructor in 2019, a yoga teacher in 2023, and a Gong Sound Practitioner in 2024.

A wife and proud mum to two boys, I'm a proactive and compassionate SEND parent. I instigated my own family’s EHCP journey and continue to support others navigating the process with empathy and strength.

I'm a social, solution-focused individual who thrives on challenges and has a “can-do” attitude. Following a period of personal loss and health scares, I embraced a new perspective —prioritising what matters: family, wellbeing and helping others heal and grow.

Through fitness classes, yoga sessions, gong sound baths, and mindfulness practices, I create safe, inclusive spaces where people relax, switch off and reconnect with themselves. I support others in releasing stress and pressure, promoting a sense of calm, clarity, and self-acceptance.

My core belief's rooted in helping people LOVE themselves—Let Others Evolve Voluntarily - offering gentle guidance, encouragement and tools for personal transformation. Whether working one-to-one or in group settings, I empower individuals to show up as their authentic selves and explore new possibilities.

My mantra: Smile. Breathe. Go slowly.
