As a mother of three incredible children with disabilities and someone who has fought and tripped through my own journey with disabilities, I understand the challenges and wins that come with raising children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
My mission is to provide heartfelt support, practical guidance, and unwavering encouragement to other mums on this journey. Through my experiences and mess ups, because lets face it, we’re not perfect and our lives can be up and down on a dially basis, I will share with you tips, tools and a whole lot of love.
My aim is to help SEND mums find strength, acceptance, understanding, and those joys that seem so rare in our daily lives, helping you with the tools you need to help create a loving and harmonious environment where both you and your children can have hope, that no matter what life, the education system and medical specialists throw at you, you will get through it, I promise.

I’ve worked hard, invested in myself to be able to give you the best help and support, from someone who doesn’t just have qualifications, but has lived your life, and fought through it.
I care and always wear my heart on my sleeve, and for a long time I was told this was a weakness, turns out it's my biggest strength.
And so, I use that strength to help you and your family.

My son is an amazing hair stylist, recently on Netflix Red Carpet after styling the stars wife's hair, he is AuDHD and medicated - he finds going to the gym helps him and using his love of design to do wedding & prom hair. My youngest daughter is Autistic, she shut herself away as a child and has auditory processing disorder, so she games and works from home designing clothing around her favourite tv shows, LGBTQ and Disabilities.

From a young age I would run away from home where I felt I wasn't loved or wanted due to being a 'sick' child. I didn't fit in at school, was bullied and talked too much. I just wanted people to like me and as I aged I just wanted to marry the next guy who said he loved me, as all I wanted was to be loved. I looked happy but inside I worried constantly about what people thought of me, so I never stayed put for more than a few months until I married at 19 and had my first child. I divorced at 21. I went on to have three children, put on weight due to illness and medication - I hit my very lowest and knew I needed to
change this.
I will always demonstrate anything I claim with evidence, and so to get testimonials on the difference I make is so important to me.

H.O.P.E - Helping Overcome Pressures Empathetically
Unknowingly the team has been helping Mums for 30 years, from experiences and an obsession with research, Allison was able to use the information that she had gained to help other Mums in children's schools who were struggling. Allison said
"I soon realised that my need to know every detail of my child's conditions, to better help them, was also helping other families. I didn't realise that I was coaching until I was talking with a coach on Facebook who said my story was inspirational and that by sharing my story on social media I could also help Mums I had never met through a coaching business.
And so I went on to become an accredited coach with the aim of bringing HOPE to as many parents as possible."
My mission is to help as many SEND families as possible so to ensure my techniques are correct, I undertook a course with The Coaching Masters, meaning I am accredited.
At the heart of my coaching practice is a commitment to providing comprehensive, compassionate support to mums of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). I offer a variety of services designed to meet the unique needs of each mum, helping them navigate their journey with confidence and resilience.

My journey as a coach for SEND mums is deeply rooted in my personal experiences and professional training. As a mother of three children with disabilities and someone living with disabilities myself, I intimately understand the challenges and joys of raising children with special needs. My life has been a mix of difficult moments, unconditional love, and advocacy, all of which I bring into my coaching practice.
Empathy Through Experience
As a SEND mum, I understand the emotional and practical struggles others face. My journey, filled with sleepless nights, the pursuit of resources, and fighting for my children’s rights, allows me to connect deeply with other mums. I offer not just advice, but a compassionate ear and shared understanding, celebrating victories and facing each day with hope and uncertainty.
Harnessing the Power of NLP
My Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training provides tools to help SEND mums reframe perspectives, set goals, and overcome obstacles. NLP techniques enable mums to break free from limiting beliefs and adopt a positive, proactive mindset. By focusing on communication, behavior, and cognitive patterns, I help mums create lasting changes that enhance their well-being and their ability to support their children.
Integrating Holistic Modalities
Along with NLP, I use holistic approaches like mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing in my coaching. These techniques help SEND mums manage stress, build emotional resilience, and find inner peace. By addressing mind, body, and spirit, I support overall well-being, enabling them to be more present and effective caregivers. Holistic practices also provide moments of calm and joy amidst the chaos.
A Holistic, Empowering Approach
Combining personal experience with training in NLP, holistic modalities, and disability rights, I offer compassionate coaching for SEND mums. My goal is to empower them to find strength, embrace their journey, and create positive change for themselves and their children. Together, we navigate challenges, celebrate victories, and build a supportive community.
